Excuse me, Dr. Banks, we “traditionalists” are feeding and caring for those less fortunate than we

Our church is a leader in generosity using our money, our personal taxes (federal, state and local) include a significant portion for care of others, and many of us do even more through civic organizations like the Salvation Army, Star of Hope, etc ad nauseum. I deeply resent your insinuation that traditionalists like me care not for others.
.
We also care about the moral fabric of our country which unravels a little more every day. We are shocked that common sense standards like only men in mens rooms and only women in women’s rooms are being challenged in court and by elected officials. We who are fathers of daughters are especially angry at the lack of caring by some in power for the safety of our little girls.
.
And, while we really don’t care what people do in their bedrooms, back seats or hot tubs, we will not accept those folks as our moral leaders. A “trans” leading MYF or preaching to our youth? You’re kidding, right?
.
We old traditionalists are multi-tasking masters; we can help those less fortunate with dazzling generosity even while condemning the moral degradation which runs rampant via today’s liberalism. And still have time for golf!

Jonathan Wilson-Hartgrove "When Jesus said, 'I have come that they might have life, and have it more abundantly' in John 10:10, he wasn’t thinking about a victory for those who have used religion to fight back against the gains of the civil rights movement. Jesus was inviting all of us to work together for the vision at the heart of that movement — a beloved community where all people created in God’s image can thrive."
