GTD in 15 minutes – A Pragmatic Guide to Getting Things Done . If you want to get better at time management, I definitely recommend reading David Allen's book. If you're not sure you want to commit to that, this guide is a great primer to the principles.
The productivity tax you pay for context switching by Elaine Meyer. There's no such thing as multi-tasking. It's actually impossible to do two things at once. The technical term is context switching and it kills your productivity. This deep dive gives the evidence basis for why it's so counter-productive and offers nine suggestions to avoid context switching.
