primer on UM assets

Spreaking of which, is there any update on the battle between Glide Church and Cal-Nevada over assets. If I recall news stories of months ago, over 20M in assets from the Glide Foundation migrated to a secular non-profit, that also argues it, not the conference, ones the building. What is the status of this and when did it happen? Was it before or during Karen Oliveto's stint as senior pastor? Other churches of left and right can learn from this, if information is shared.

umc asset accounting

how do you get a balance sheet for the entire UMC?
if decisions are forth coming on separation the worldwide body deserves to know the deal will be! otherwise you will
continue a church of money changers who are distracting the many from focused worship and service. each congregation is required to be accountable so should each conference and the denomination as a whole!
