I had to think about this for a day before commenting.
Apparently, the author rejects both the omnipotence and the sovereignty of God. It's very, very disturbing.

The God I worship

is big enough to have also created chaos and randomizes.

I don’t always like my what fellow creature chaos brings so I give God a good cussing. And since God is my best friend the cussing is heard and blessed
