This UM Volunteer Prison Minister says

we should all pray for KJ daily. In the two decades of my service in several prisons, I can say that prison isn't for old folks (I'm 66.)

The "secret" as with all trials is to reframe one's experience. I tell my guys, "You're on a retreat. Taking a sabbatical."

I'm currently serving two federal prisons. KJ will have a job assignment. To future employers he can say, "In my last job ___" then shut up. If the future employer doesn't ask where you worked, shut up.
