An ordained deacon and doctoral candidate is seeking respondents to a survey about individual and collective grief.
The Rev. Lynette Moran is conducting a research study "to better understand individual and collective grief. Participants include those who are currently or were, within the last eight years, members of or active in the United Methodist Church," says the survey introduction.
The introduction continues: "This survey will take 15-30 minutes to complete. Risks of this study include disclosure of personal information including your sexual orientation. To minimize these risks, you are not required to disclose your name or sexual orientation to complete this survey. Questions may also cause discomfort. Questions may also cause discomfort. Your participation is voluntary. You can stop participating anytime by closing your web browser rather than submitting your survey.
"Data is stored in a password protected, encrypted cloud accessible only by duo-security (two-step security). Identifiable data will not be stored in any other location. De-identified data may be stored on the PI's password protected, encrypted hard drive.
