5 step tool for peace (cupofempathy.com) by Marianne van Dijk. This is a comprehensive guide for how to have difficult conversations. The author is a Non-Violent Communication practitioner, and it looks a lot like self-differentiation to me.
How to Respond to an Upsetting Email (hbr.org) by Elizabeth Danziger. This is another guide for how to remain a non-anxious presence in a challenging situation. It hits all the important points including self-regulation, taking responsibility for self, remaining emotionally connected and expressing yourself in healthy ways.
