Bishop Francisco's statement on the Spottswood Methodist Conference Center "incident"

Reflecting on Bishop Francisco's statement leads me to believe that when crises happen, such as the recent Spottswood Methodist Conference Center "incident," people especially church leaders, are forced to let the theistic view of God give way to a nontheistic one: to boldly speak for justice and peace and take the responsibility of exposing, challenging the abuses of those in power, powers that be, instead of waiting for God do things for them. Here's a salute to the leadership of bishop Francisco of Davao Episcopal Area of the United Methodist Church.
