Not logical.

It seems that if we want to settle the human sexuality issue, then we should consider all proposals to settle the human sexuality issue. However, the bishops run the show and if they think it's helpful to only have their proposal considered and improves its chances of passing, then it wouldn't surprise me if that's what we do. Why will votes change between 2016 and 2019? If you don't like the Bishop's proposal, why won't you just wait until 2020. Our problem is that we have the fringes that dislike our BOD, but the middle thinks it is a pretty good document. It's hard to come up with a better solution than our current one.
