Signs of Revitalization: The Nursery

Kids in Service

We too are experiencing a revitalization with young families coming to my church. But, curiously, we found that when we offered a well-staffed, updated nursery, the parents preferred to stay in the service with their young children. Of course, I welcome kids in the service-- the more boisterous the better-- so it has been a joyous experience overall for us. So I don't think there is any "one size fits all" for our churches and I celebrate what the Holy Spirit is doing in your church just as I celebrate what it's doing in mine.
