Is it possible that the bishops are starting to realize the One Church Plan isn't getting any traction and the Traditionalist Plan might actually pass? Might be time to try for plan B. The 2/3 majority is a high hurdle for the Connectional Plan to pass. Hard to imagine that it would pass GC and then pass 2/3 of the annual conferences,
